This allow the candidates to receive immediate answers if they ask the Recruit Me chatbot any questions regarding the company/vacancy they are applying for while completing the Recruit Me assessment e.g. What will the basic salary for this position be? What are the company values of company X?
How do you construct the desired behaviours associated with success on the job?
We have established the desired behaviours associated with success on the job, by identifying the constructs and associated performance predictors of a professional safe truck driver and have written it up in the form of a predictive model. Each construct consists of several performance predictors. This is indicated on the predictive model we have written up. Each construct and performance predictor has a different weighting to it, as we have determined throughout our research analysis which predictors are more important than others for the success behaviour of a professional safe truck driver. Therefore, the predictors which are more important has a higher weighting score.

Firstly, we ensure Recruit Me scenarios, question structures and language are appropriate for the candidates being targeted. Even the language used in responding to candidates can be adjusted based on the education level of the audience. Secondly, we use a validated, predictive assessment designed to minimise bias and ensure fairness. Regular reviews and updates of the tool ensure it remains relevant and effective across different demographic groups and cultural contexts.

Yes, Recruit Me can be used for existing employees. Recruit Me will help identify your current fleets’ training needs. Coming soon is our Understand Me and Train Me solutions. How is the confidentiality of assessment results maintained?
We adhere to strict data protection standards to ensure that all assessment results are stored securely and are only accessible to authorised personnel. Hardware requirements include a desktop, or laptop, or smart device to access the assessment. A stable internet connection is a requirement to enable candidates to complete the assessment in one sitting.

Can a candidate retake the Recruit Me assessment if they do not perform well?
A candidate is able to retake the Recruit Me assessment. However, it is not recommended for an individual who as completed the Recruit Me assessment under normal circumstances to retake the Recruit Me assessment within 6 months time, as the results will have no significant difference.
Is Recruit Me classified with the HPCSA?
Our Recruit Me solution serves as an effective pre-screening tool, designed to quickly identify candidates risk behaviour. It streamlines the hiring process by filtering out unsuitable candidates early on, ensuring that only the most promising individuals proceed to the next stages of the recruitment process. This is being offered as an Assessment Centre solution. We are also in the process of developing the full psychometric version of this assessment, which will be offered as a psychometric assessment as classified by the HPCSA. This will serve as a second solution clients could consider if more in-depth insights are required.
